    Vice jaw covers

The basic body of the vice jaw covers consists of solid aluminum profiles. The integrated magnets in the profiles hold the covers reliably on the vice and enable quick and easy changing, depending on the workpiece or processing step. Despite the very high magnetic force, workpieces are not magnetized. The vice jaw covers are right-angled and plane-parallel, which means that the high level of accuracy of the Siegmund vice keeps retained.

The vice jaw covers are supplied in practical sets consisting of all four types and a storage bag.

    Fiber

    • suitable for finely milled, finely planed, ground or polished surfaces
    • no deformation when heating the workpiece

    Aluminum neutral

    • secure clamping of coarse to medium-fine machined workpieces thanks to grooves
    • the deep groove allows clamping of thin shafts, pins, etc.
    • Recommended for stainless steel processing and gentle processing of steel components

    Rubber

    • Clamping of thin-walled and sensitive workpieces
    • suitable for wooden and plastic parts
    • secure hold even with low clamping pressure

    Aluminum prisms

    • Clamping of round or oval workpieces using prisms
    • Recommended for stainless steel processing and gentle processing of steel components
