Save up to 75 – 90% of weight compared to comparable clamping tools at significantly lower costs.
Move large components without a crane or forklift.
Thanks to the light weight, you can also easily position and clamp large aluminum profiles by hand.
Siegmund aluminum profiles offer many application possibilities such as table extensions or vertical clamping surfaces.
Struts and radii for stability.
Thanks to their properties, aluminum profiles are well suited as clamping tools, though depending on their usage they are subjects to wear. Products made of aluminum are well suited for tacking your welding assemblies. While welding we recommend to cover or, if possible, remove the aluminum profiles.
To assure a prolonged service life of your aluminum profiles, we recommend the use of an anti-spatter spray (e.g. Siegmund anti-spatter spray). Occasionally adhered weld spatters can be removed by grinding. Despite all precautions, it is possible that iron residues remain in the aluminum. We recommend separating the production into work areas for rusting and non-rusting materials.

Thanks to suitable adapters, you can use all of your Siegmund accessories.
This adapter is required in order to fix square aluminum profiles without interference contours with the front side on welding tables.
The adapter can be inserted into the front of the square aluminum profiles and fixed with bolts through the holes. Then the aluminum profile can be fastened with the adapter vertically on the table or as a table extension on the table sides by using bolts.
The countersunk bolt can be used to connect Siegmund aluminum profiles and other Siegmund components. The bolt head is flush with the borehole. Due to the adapted collar, this countersunk bolt is only suitable for clamping aluminum profiles.
When clamping aluminum parts, the bolts must only be tightened hand-tight.
The adapter is required for the use of screw clamps in aluminum profiles. The lower material thickness of the aluminum profiles can be compensated by using the adapter.
For a better fitting when connecting aluminum profiles, a special flat screw is used for clamping.
